TITLE "Equinox" WallDESCRIPTION "Equinox" Wall
A conceptual wall piece by Joseph Walsh comprised of thin planes of Ash angled across the flat plane of the wall at intervals equaling a 360” radius. Between the Ash slats a thin sheet of brilliant copper is visible. The form incised into the slats relates to the angle of each slat and refers to the changing of the seasons and more broadly the life cycle within the natural world. The piece is also designed to viewed at intervals throughout the day as the angle of sunlight shifts the perception of the form. This is a unique piece.
